Built for the moment UAE business goes digital by law
SHORIQ TECH LLC is a UAE IT consulting and software firm licensed in Sharjah Media City (Shams), trade licence 2648187.01. It gets businesses systems-ready for compliance deadlines — starting with UAE e-invoicing (PINT AE, the Peppol five-corner model, Accredited Service Provider selection) — through IT consulting, custom software and managed IT.
SHORIQ was licensed in August 2026 in Sharjah Media City (Shams) for a specific reason: the UAE is making structured digital systems a legal requirement of doing business — e-invoicing first, with its 2026–2027 deadlines — and most mid-size businesses have nobody whose job it is to get them there. We are that firm: consulting, software and managed IT, with compliance readiness as the first discipline.
How we work

- Integration before replacement. We start from what you run — your ERP, your accounting stack — not from what we’d like to sell.
- Documentation before go-live. Every engagement ends with something your next provider could pick up. Dependence on us is a design failure.

The name
SHORIQ is built on the Arabic root ش ر ق — sharq, the east; shuruq, the sunrise — and ends in IQ. First light and intelligence: understand the business first, then put intelligence to work inside the systems it already runs on. Said aloud, it also carries an echo of shareek — partner — which is the job description.

- Fixed scope before fixed commitment. You get a written price. Day rates are how projects drift.
- We’ll talk you out of builds you don’t need. Counsel first is cheaper for you and better for our name.
- Independence, in writing. We take no commissions on anything we recommend.
- You own everything. Code, accounts, documentation. Dependence on us is a design failure.
- If we’re not the right firm, we say so on the first call. And we’ll tell you who to ask instead.
