Counsel first. Systems second.

Advice with no commission behind it — and a report you own either way

Most IT spending goes wrong at the decision, not the implementation. Our consulting practice exists for the decisions: what to buy, what to build, what the regulator now requires of your invoicing — and in what order to do it all.

Who this is for

  • Finance directors who just learned the e-invoicing mandate applies to them
  • Owners choosing between ERP vendors, or between upgrading and replacing
  • Businesses that have systems but no map of them

What we deliver

  • UAE e-invoicing readiness — our flagship: scope assessment against the mandate, Accredited Service Provider shortlisting and selection, data-quality remediation in your ERP or accounting system, integration planning, and the compliance calendar to go-live. Start with the guide to see what the mandate demands.
  • Architecture and roadmaps — a one-page map of your systems as they are, and a sequenced plan for where they need to be, costed in phases you can stop between
  • Vendor and platform selection — requirements, shortlist, structured evaluation, negotiation support; we take no commissions from vendors we recommend, and we say so in writing
  • ERP integration planning — the data flows, owners and reconciliation points, defined before anyone writes code

How an engagement runs

Readiness assessments and selection projects are fixed-scope, fixed-fee, delivered as a written report you own — typically two to four weeks. Longer advisory runs on a monthly retainer with a named consultant and a standing weekly call. Every engagement ends with a document your next provider could pick up; dependence on us is a design failure.

FAQ

Is SHORIQ an Accredited Service Provider (ASP)?
No — and that independence is the point. ASPs transmit your invoices; we help you choose among them and get your systems ready to connect. We hold no transmission contract, so our ASP recommendation has no commission behind it.

We use [common UAE accounting/ERP software]. Can you work with it?
Almost certainly — readiness work starts from whatever you run today. The assessment’s first task is mapping your current invoice data against what PINT AE requires.

When should we start e-invoicing preparation?
Earlier than feels necessary: the first-wave ASP appointment deadline is 30 October 2026 and go-live is 1 January 2027; the second wave follows 1 July 2027. Data cleanup is the long pole — see deadlines.
