Privacy policy

This policy explains how SHORIQ TECH LLC (“SHORIQ”, “we”) handles personal data that reaches us through shoriq.ae. We are a company licensed in Sharjah Media City (Shams), UAE, trade licence 2648187.01, and we process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

  • When you use the contact form — your name, work email address, company, the systems you mention, your message, and the page you sent it from.
  • When you email us — your email address and whatever you choose to include.
  • When you browse the site — our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site and to count visits in aggregate. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser. There is no advertising, no cross-site tracking and no social-media pixels. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or personal identifiers.

If Cloudflare’s security systems need to check that a visitor is not an automated attack, they may set a strictly necessary security cookie for that check only. We do not use it for anything else.

If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this section and ask for your consent first.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare and carry out any engagement you ask for, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare — hosts and protects this site and provides cookie-free visit statistics.
  • Web3Forms — receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
  • Zoho Mail — hosts our email, including [email protected], where enquiries are kept.

These providers process data on our behalf and only to provide their service. Some of their systems are located outside the UAE; where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and any period the law requires afterwards. Engagement data is governed by each services agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one working day and act on requests within the time the law allows.

Changes

We will update this page if our handling of personal data changes, and change the date below.
