We bring deep tech to the region — and the region to deep tech.

For UAE and Middle East businesses

Every platform in our portfolio passes the same gate: we must be able to engineer it, support it and reconcile its numbers here, under UAE rules. What an alliance with an OEM means for you as a buyer:

  • A local, licensed counterparty instead of a foreign invoice
  • Implementation by the same firm that answers support calls
  • Compliance questions — data residency, VAT, e-invoicing — answered before procurement asks them

Current alliances are named once agreements permit — ask us directly about the portfolio.

How a platform crosses into the region

  1. Scout & vet. We track venture-backed deep-tech portfolios and take on only platforms we can engineer and support ourselves.
  2. Align. Each platform is mapped to the region’s own agendas — national vision programmes, AI initiatives, sustainability targets — one page per possibility: the offering, and exactly which published goal it serves.
  3. Present in the right rooms. Government and enterprise leadership briefings across the Emirates — ranked slates, not vendor pitches.
  4. Land small, honestly. Entry through readiness checks, audits and pilot cells with measurable outcomes and a 90-day path — never a transformation programme on day one.
  5. Localise. Local-rate service panels, onboarding clinics and help desks, bilingual delivery and documentation, national-talent tracks with academic partners.
  6. Scale what works. From pilot to platform, with the same firm engineering and supporting throughout.

Data stays yours. Platforms we represent must run inside the client’s own tenant and systems wherever the market expects it — data sovereignty is a gate in our vetting, not a feature on a datasheet.

Possibilities, prioritised.

When we brief leadership, every platform on the slate is ranked — and we say plainly which ones the market is not ready for yet. A slate with an honest bottom is how the top earns trust.

For deep-tech firms: the Gulf is buying — carefully.

The UAE rewards technology vendors who show up properly: a licensed local partner, bilingual delivery, government-grade compliance literacy. SHORIQ offers deep-tech firms a Middle East runway: market liaison and first-customer development; solution engineering and integration into the Microsoft-stack estates the region runs on; local support under SLAs; and a clean commercial structure — licensed UAE entity, written scope, no exclusivity demands we haven’t earned.

We have presented deep-tech slates at the most senior levels of Gulf government. We will not name rooms or outcomes until agreements allow — see our Terms.

We take on few alliances and engineer the ones we take.

The Possibilities Brief — fixed fee · two weeks

Your platform mapped against one Gulf market: the vision agenda it serves (with the published goals cited), a prioritised account map — public and private, size-filtered — the entry ladder from first paid engagement to deployment, and the local compliance questions answered before your counsel asks them. You own the brief, whoever you hire to execute it.

FAQ

Are you a distributor?

A distributor forwards licences; we engineer outcomes. Resale is part of the model, but every alliance includes implementation and support capability — that’s the gate.

Which firms do you already represent?

Alliances are announced when agreements allow. We’d rather under-claim than decorate the site with logos — see our Terms.

What do you ask of an OEM partner?

A platform we can stand behind technically, training access for our engineers, and support escalation in writing. What we don’t ask: marketing funds before we’ve sold anything.
