Agentic AI, deployed into the flow of work

In short: SHORIQ designs and deploys agentic AI systems — software agents that read, decide, act and escalate inside your existing workflows. We build on FlowFirst, an enterprise agentic AI platform, and we own the engineering: agent design, fact-grounding against your data, channel integration and the evaluation harness that proves it works before it goes live.

Most AI pilots die as demos because they sit outside the way work actually moves. We engineer agentic AI — autonomous agents that read, decide, act and escalate — inside your processes, on the FlowFirst platform, with your systems as the source of truth and your people approving what matters.

The platform we build on

FlowFirst is an enterprise agentic AI platform: a no-code, multi-agent framework with a visual builder, a connector ecosystem across structured and unstructured data, and fact-grounding through RAG and MCP so agent answers are anchored in your own verified knowledge rather than the open internet. It is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified, model-agnostic by design, and runs agents across chat, WhatsApp and voice. Platform deployments published by FlowFirst span banking, insurance, telecom and government — from conversational KYC to parallel claims processing. (flowfirst.ai)

Our role is the part no platform does alone: choosing the right process, wiring the agents into your ERP, CRM and data, setting the guardrails, and proving the numbers.

What we engineer, precisely

  • Agent design — each agent specified in writing before it’s built: its role, the tools it may call, the data it may see, its confidence thresholds, and the exact conditions under which it hands off to a person
  • Fact-grounding (RAG) pipelines — retrieval over your SharePoint libraries, Dataverse, SQL and document stores: chunking and indexing strategy, source citation on every answer, and a refusal path when the knowledge base can’t support one
  • Tool integration (MCP) — agents that act, not just answer: creating the ERP record, updating the CRM case, raising the e-invoice — through governed, least-privilege connections we build and document
  • Channel deployment — the same agent on web chat, WhatsApp Business and voice, with Arabic/English handling designed, not assumed
  • Human-in-the-loop workflows — approval gates where money, commitments or compliance are involved; full audit trail of every agent decision and every override
  • Evaluation before go-live — a written test harness per agent: golden questions, adversarial prompts, hallucination checks, and the accuracy threshold it must beat before it touches a customer

Use cases we scope in week one

Conversational onboarding and KYC-style verification · claims and request triage with parallel agent steps · accounts-receivable follow-up agents tied to your invoice data · quote-desk copilots grounded in your price lists · contact-centre agent assist with call summarisation · AIOps monitoring with auto-remediation runbooks.

Where to start

One process, four weeks, production — not a lab. Bring the process that eats the most hours; we scope the pilot in writing with the success metric agreed before we build.

FAQ

Will our data train someone else’s model?

Data boundaries are defined in writing per engagement: what the platform may process, what it may retain, where it runs, and which model providers are in scope — FlowFirst is model-agnostic, so that choice is explicit, not implied. If a boundary can’t be guaranteed, we don’t build it.

What does an AI pilot cost?

Fixed-scope, like everything we do: the four-week pilot is priced in the scope call, in writing, after we’ve seen the process.

Why FlowFirst?

Because agentic AI in production needs what it ships with: certified security, grounded answers, multi-channel reach including voice and WhatsApp, and no model lock-in. We share the full selection rationale — and the alternatives — in the scope call. No commission sits behind the recommendation; see our Terms.
